Short Term:
-Focus more on positive thinking daily
-Walk my dog daily (20min)
-Start keeping daily log
-Start reading a book at least an hour every other night (need a good book!!)
Long Term:
-100% back on feet in the next year!!!!
-Start Training again and find a sprint distance Tri for next season.
-Start running in races again. (start with small 5k's)
-Start school again and complete degree
